All orders sent to us from the XtendedPlay web site are done so using the latest encryption technology, ensuring that all details submitted are secure. In the bottom right hand corner of the screen when you reach our checkout form, you will see a padlock symbol indicating that our checkout form is fully secure and your information will be protected.

We use Protx in conjunction with Lloyds TSB to handle credit card payments. For your peace of mind XtendedPlay never see your card details if you buy online - all details are passed direcly by secure HTTPS/SSL connection to Protx.

All internet browsers including Microsoft Internet Explorer, Firefox and Netscape are fully compatible with the 100% Secure pages found in the checkout area of XtendedPlay.

For your peace of mind the whole of the checkout area is 100% secure, detailed by the 'secure' golden padlock (Internet Explorer & Firefox users) and key (Netscape users) displayed in the area at the bottom of your browser or at the top if using Internet Explorer 7.

If you make an order over the phone we input this data into Protx's secure Virtual Terminal then destroy your card details immediately. No credit card information is stored on our systems or at our premises. Protx and your credit card company guarantee every purchase you make against fraud online.

Your Privacy

We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998).

We collect information about you for 2 reasons: firstly, to process your order and second, to provide you with the best possible service.
