Contacted your company with a technical question regarding my problem with sky plus-within 1 hour you had answered the question-ordered hard drive within 2 days hard drive arrived-packaged well and good instructions-fitted new drive-sky plus worked straight no probs-i fitted the 160 mb drive so i have now got 4 times the capacity that i had before-Sky wanted me to buy new box at £199 and charge me £65 installation-my thanks goes out to XTENDEDPLAY you are brill. Thank you Excellent company more the good-you are fantastic

Amstrad DRX180 Upgrade

The upgrade kit was delivered without delay and was well packaged. Although I am knowledgeable in carrying out this type of work, there is documentation with the upgrade kit, which is very precise, anyone could carry out this type of upgrade. I wasn't just upgrading my recorder in order to gain more recording space, I was doing this job in an attempt to fix a couple of recording problems, i.e. jerky pictures and sound, and a fan that wouldn't switch off. This upgrade fixed all the problems. I can now enjoy my recordings, with the added benefit of having the extra recording space.
